***

TechLabs provides a series of hands-on, interactive seminar programs in executive leadership and management skills, and designed for the active manager. These are provided using on-site venue.

Every on-site program is tailored to the specific needs of the individual client.

* Our participants consistently rate us at 3.5 to 3.9 on scale of 1 to 4
(Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Met all Expectations, Exceeded all Expectations).

The Institute's Unique Philosophy and Methodology

The seminars are interactive and participatory, focused on practical methods, teamwork and case studies. The "I talk you listen" method is never used.

Every program can be optionally tailored for the individual sponsoring organization, focused on its needs and skill sets.

The focus is on having every participant take back to the job a set of tools and skills which can be applied immediately to the work at hand.

All seminars are led by experienced managers, all of whom have direct successful experience as general managers in Government and industry.

Distant learning, with multiple classrooms in multiple cities, can be utilized, without changing the interactive classroom methodology.

Programs include handbooks, texts, case materials and in some cases software.

Prerequisites can be established by the client, and the seminar level will be adjusted appropriately. In general an AB or BS degree plus some experience in a relevant professional field and/or lie or staff management is expected. Computer literacy is not a requirement. Participants are free to bring laptops to the classes and use them for the case studies.

Consulting follow-up via fax and EMail is provided all participants for a period of 90 days after the end of each program.

Busy managers are provided with the necessary support systems to allow them to keep touch with their people during the seminars.
